This is the second minilab I've worked with (I was originally trained on an old Greytag Masterlab held together with duct tape and a prayer) during my time at CVS, and one of the things I really like about it is how easy it is to access the chemical racks for unjamming, and various other, purposes. Of course, it doesn't help that the gears seem to wind up getting stripped every few months and I have to call a tech in to replace them anyway.
