One of the most incredible moments during a twenty-mile ski through ten-below-zero weather in Alaska. This is the mouth of Campbell Creek, as it empties into the Anchorage Coastal Wildlife Refuge. When it gets this cold, vapor billows out of any water exposed to the frigid air.
