The sacred heart is shown inside a crown of thorns in this Flemish confessional. I liked the spikiness of the crown and the unexpectedness of the image - the clash between the soft lines of the heart and the hard, thorny surround.

The original capture that is the basis for this image is an image of the sun shot through the ice covered windshield on my van. It inspired me to create something fun and keep me busy while I am stuck in the house...Tired of the cold! READY FOR SPRING!!!
